MIKE 11 Hotfix 26-04-2010

MIKE 11 ST:
- Occasional crash in simulation when applying Divide Level in cross sections with coarse processed data table resolution
- Hotstart feature for morphological modeling using alternative bed updating method.
- Error in calculation of Total Sediment Volumes as additional output.
MIKE 11 RR:
- Parameter value check of initial snow content in zones removed. (previously max-value of 100 allowed)
